mountain-biking, pot-holing and paragliding to name a few activities. The Frassasi Caves are a true wonder of nature. The beaches are award-winning and range from
endless flat, powder beaches to craggy, stony coves popular with mussel fishermen.
The local cuisine is honest, seasonal and delicious with such specialities as wild boar stew, tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms and truffles and clams with spaghetti
